Cookie Swap

Where: Karon Jalandoni's home, Wayland

Date: December 11

Time: 7pm

Our holiday-time Cookie Swap is one of my favorite events. Neighborhood Chair Karon Jalandoni has hosted this event several times, and she does a wonderful job.

If you've never been to a cookie swap, it's easy and fun. Just bake about 2-3 dozen of your favorite cookie (it doesn't have to be a holiday-themed cookie, but it can be), and bring them to the Cookie Swap for some social time with other twin parents who need some down time around the holidays. Be sure to include your recipe or at least a list of ingredients (for those with allergies), and make sure to bring cookie tins or a small container to bring cookies home in. We all have great fun walking around the table picking up cookies that people baked.

Volunteer Holiday Party

Where: Stephanie Tu's home, Sudbury

Date: December

Time: 7pm

Every year, we celebrate the holidays by hosting a party to thank all the members who serve on the board, and anyone who volunteers their time in any way to the club. If you are interested in being a volunteer, please come!

The party is hosted by the club, and each year a board member hosts the party. This year, State Representative Stephanie Tu will be our host. Keep your eye out on our Facebook page and your personal email to see an invitation for both of these events. All you have to do is RSVP. Stephanie can also be contacted at state@mwpom.org.

If you have any questions about either one of these events, please contact President Sarah Pellegrini at president@mwpom.org.
